Today I've been refining the words down through further research into the work of Steve Powers and Jenny Holzer in particular.
The context of the mural has become key in my mind when considering content and semantics. The mural sits opposite the Plusnet HQ and will be looked at all day by its' employees.
Therefore, the mural cannot grate, but should greet like an old friend everyday.
